Back Into The Swing

Been cycling alot lately. It feels SO good! Legs are getting back into riding shape, and my cardio is getting stronger.

All good things.

I am going to do a nice long ride after work today. Looking forward to it.

I want to definitely ride 100 miles this month, but would love to see 200 miles for the month.
