Doesn’t seem like it. I haven’t ridden in quite a while. I really need to just hunker down and just do it.

This week I want to really focus on more workouts and less eating. Wintertime can easily undo everything I’ve done over the summer. I don’t want that to happen. I was down 20 pounds at one point. Not any more. I’ve put 4 of those pounds back on.

Holiday time. I love it and hate it at the same time.

Time to ride.
